Our truck goes directly to your site
and provides complete document/information obliteration before it
leaves your facility. Our
courteous, uniformed professionals retrieve the information from
anywhere in your facility and bring it to the truck for immediate
destruction. No sorting of
paper, removal of paper clips, binder clips, staples, rubber bands,
etc., is necessary. After
the shredding is complete, you are given a Certificate of Destruction
and we remove all shredded material for recycling.
One of your employees may be present to witness the document
destruction if so desired. We offer two types of services that can be combined and
tailored to suit your needs. Scheduled
shredding.
Locked security containers are placed at your location
free of charge. You choose the size and style of containers to best suit
your work environment and paper flow.
These containers are equipped with one-way slots that allow
employees to insert documents but not remove them.
These documents remain safe and secure until we come to shred
them. Shredding can be
scheduled weekly, monthly, semi-monthly, etc., to suit your paper flow
requirements. No presorting of paper is necessary nor do you need to
remove paper clips, staples, binder clips, etc. One-time shredding. We destroy information that as been collected or archived over a period of time. Our courteous, uniformed professionals retrieve the material, usually stored in archival or banker boxes, from anywhere in your facility (basement, attic, etc.) and bring it to the truck for immediate destruction. Upon completion a Certificate of Destruction is presented to you.
