For both on-site/mobile and off-site shredding, you will receive a Certificate of Destruction for your records at the time of pickup/shredding. At no point are your documents passed on to a third party nor do they ever leave our ownership until they are destroyed. Your shredded documents remain in our custody until they are later recycled – usually within the same 24 hour period they were destroyed. So you can rest assured we maintain the highest level of security and confidentiality as you did before they were destroyed.

 

We are pleased to count many Government agencies as well as Private Corporations as our customers. Among them are Hudson County Municipal Courts, Jersey City Police Dept., Hudson County Sheriff’s Office, Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office, FedEx, Forest Research Institute, Hudson County Community College, Marriot Hotel, St. Peter’s College, and many others.

 

Our rate for a one-time bulk purge is $6.25 per cubic foot for on-site shredding or $4.95 per cubic foot for off-site shredding, plus applicable taxes. Please note: there is a $100 minimum service charge.

 

In addition, we can create a program to fit all of your document destruction needs at very reasonable prices. A service agreement can be put into effect in which we empty the contents of the containers placed throughout your facility on a regularly scheduled basis.
